Demand Letters
The
firm charges a flat fee for writing demand letters if
a matter is not initially referred for collection

A
typical demand letter reminds the debtor of the
obligation to pay and instructs the debtor to have
subsequent contact directly with the creditor-client.
If
the client later refers the matter for collection,
the usual contingent fee is charged.
